1. Executive Summary TIA Portal V11 (Totally Integrated Automation Portal, version 11) was released by Siemens around 2010–2011. It was officially designed and tested for Windows 7 (32/64-bit) and Windows Server 2008 R2 . Microsoft Windows 10 did not exist at the time of V11’s release (Windows 10 launched July 2015). Consequently, Siemens does not certify, support, or recommend installing TIA Portal V11 on Windows 10.
