🔧 Build difficulty: Moderate — through-hole, but needs careful coil winding and shielding. ⚡ Sensitivity: Surprisingly good on small gold jewelry and deep coins in wet sand. 🔊 Audio: Simple but effective beep/blip on targets. 🌊 Use case: Excellent for beach / saltwater hunting (it’s based on the old Whites Surfmaster design). surf pi 1.2 kit
