If you need portable DTP, look to legitimate modern alternatives like Scribus Portable (free, open-source) or a cloud-based tool like Canva or VivaDesigner . If you specifically need Quark, buy a legal license of the current version (QuarkXPress 2024), which is vastly superior and safe. QuarkXPress 7.0 Portable

QuarkXPress was once the undisputed king of desktop publishing, and version 7.0 (released in 2006) brought native Unicode support, seamless Photoshop/Illustrator integration, and improved tables. The “Portable” version claims to offer this classic DTP power without installation, running directly from a USB drive.
