After install, open the Mod Configuration Menu (MCS) and go to "SexLab." Click "Rebuild & Clean" once, then go to "Ostim" and disable "Auto-start scenes." You will now have a gorgeous, hardcore Skyrim that just happens to have a very... detailed... back alley in Riften.
