SOLVED: Intel Celeron G5905 Graphics Driver – Where to find it & how to install (Windows 10/11)

Hey everyone,

The G5905 has Intel UHD Graphics 610 (not 630). It’s very basic – no gaming beyond 2D/old titles, but it’s fine for 4K video playback (with the right driver) and desktop work.

After some digging, I got it working perfectly. Here’s the fix for anyone else struggling with this.

I recently built a cheap office PC using an Intel Celeron G5905 (Comet Lake) and ran into a small headache – Windows Update kept installing a generic "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter" driver, and the Intel Driver & Support Assistant wasn’t automatically finding the correct GPU driver.

You are very welcome!
I just edited the post for people who may want to use Wine instead of Proton.
For players who do not hear the music in-game I have also added to this guide the command
winetricks directmusic
