After installing, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Right-click the cutter > Properties > Hardware . If it says "USB Printing Support," you’ve won. If it says "Unknown Device," pour a stiff drink and repeat the process.

The Foison website looks like it was coded in 1998 on a Geocities server. The driver links are broken. Forums tell me to "just use the generic HPGL driver," which works about as well as using a fork to eat soup. My C24 started cutting random zigzags. I nearly threw my coffee mug through the drywall.
