Samuel reveals he is the true Angel of Death—not a reaper, but a witness. His role is not to kill, but to be present when life naturally ends. He shows her visions: patients she “helped” who still had weeks of love, laughter, or final goodbyes left. One woman was about to see her grandson born. Another man had a last joke to tell his wife.
